At the on-set of every investigation, our in-house profiler examines all available facts.

With Claim Profiling, we, or our clients independently are able to build a profile for the claim they are contemplating outsourcing for investigative services. Once built, we are able to compare identical or similar claims from historical data and pre-determine the likelihood of investigative results and the impact they will have on a specific claim. The results of the profile are caculated percentile scores that help determine the probability of an investigation yielding results that may mitigate a providers claim exposure. If an investigation is warranted, we determine with our clients and team of investigators the most appropriate strategies for successful results. This level of communication enhances team spirit and our commitment to professionalism.
We recognize that regardless of the best information available at the inception of an investigation, circumstances sometimes change, additional information is developed and strategies need to be re-thought. Because of our instant on-line reporting / case management, GPS tracking and direct client / investigator communication, we create an atmosphere of by-partisanship and shared responsibility while continuously re-assesing investigative tactics and resources.
