Training - The Spectrum Way! |
 You’ve heard the expression “knowledge is power”. At Spectrum Advantage Group, we endorse and sponsor professional and unparalleled worker’s compensation training for private investigators. With continually changing technology and legal opinions, we can never be too prepared or satisfied with our current level of knowledge.
Most licensing authorities have no continuing education requirements. And, those who do fail to monitor the training sessions that often embrace an environment of socialization that centers around poker games, door prizes and late night parties all the while yielding tens of thousands of dollars for providers of the “training”.
In addition to on-line training bulletins and personal conferences, Spectrum Advantage Group investigators are required to meet annually for 16 hours of intense training. This training is unlike any other in the nation. It is a formal classroom setting that includes a written examination at the completion of the course. Investigators must achieve a passing score to earn a Certificate of Completion. They do not receive Certificates of Attendance.
A typical annual training course includes:
• 8 hours of legal issues (instructed by attorney’s and claim’s managers)
• 6 hours of interactive surveillance technology and methodology
• 2 hours of ethics
